Kate is a junior at San Dieguito Academy and part of the outreach team for FIRST Robotics Challenge Team Paradox.
Naythan Chan
Founder and Advisor
Naythan is a freshman at Columbia University studying computer science. Previously, he served as President of STEM2Leaf Robotics. In high school, he led his robotics team to both regional and world championships, where he served as captain and lead programmer. He's conducted robotics research at UC San Diego and has published market research in an academic journal. In his free time, he loves playing pick-up soccer, cooking, and practicing taekwondo.
Garrek Chan
Founder
Garrek is a senior at Yale University pursuing a concurrent Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science. Previously, he served as President of STEM2Leaf Robotics. In high school, he designed world-class robots and was one of just ten students globally to become a FIRST Tech Challenge Dean's List Winner. At Yale, he conducted drug discovery machine learning research.
Brady Nicol
Founder
Brady is a senior at Imperial College London studying computer science and mathematics. Brady during his four years of robotics, including advancing to the FIRST Lego League World Festival, gained invaluable knowledge about what it takes to make a robot fluidly and quickly accomplish its goals. His journey through the fascinating and inspiring robotics competition left him with a desire to share his wisdom with those who want to take the same path.
Aiden Fox
Advisor
Aiden is a freshman at the University of Southern California. Previously, he served as the Director of Development focusing on creating lesson plans. Aiden is absolutely passionate about technology and loves using his creativity to design and build various robots. When he's not immersed in the world of robotics, Aiden enjoys water polo.
Klaus Gubernator
Advisor
Klaus has worked as a chemist and has been involved with youth projects around San Diego for the past 15 years. From Speech and Debate to FIRST Lego League, Klaus has given a large part of his life to educating students. Currently, Klaus is a board member at the Del Mar Rotary Club.
